Mustang stain

The first coat of ebony stain was applied to the doors and cabinet.


I'll either continue with darkening the stain or move onto applying a coat of polyurethane before painting. Just waiting on the customers instructions.

Bosso ready for shipping

This last weekend I managed to find time, between my birthday partying, to finish up the cabinet. I am feeling every bit of my 41 years after this weekend ;)

Tonight I finished up the majority of the assembly of the cabinet. Just a few minor tasks left like predrilling for the score boards and then attaching the dart holders. The cabinet should be movin down into the finishing area this weekend after the Bosso cabinet ships out.

The interior engraving is painted and finished. Now I will let the paint dry overnight. Then the interior and exterior will get one more coat of polyurethane prior to putting the cabinet back together.

Well the engraving work is finished and now I have to glue up all the parts of the cabinet so the assembly work can start.

My new babies

Today I started the engraving for Valerie J.. This cabinet features the Ford Mustang emblem and script. All the pieces of the cabinet are cut and ready for assembly.

Stain and finish

Bosso's Pub is looking good. I'm just about finished with this one. I am making a stop today to see if I can find the right color yellow/gold for the inside engraving.
